Vaccinations are designed to protect people against serious and potentially deadly diseases. 

Vaccines teach your immune system how to create antibodies that protect you from diseases.

Healthwatch in Sussex are the local independent watchdog for health and care. 

We’d like to hear experiences of adult vaccinations during the last 12 months, from people who’ve been vaccinated and anyone who hasn’t.  

Help us understand how they are for you, and any barriers or concerns you have.
