We have a talented and professional staff team, and volunteers who work across our projects and programmes.
ESCV is governed by a small board of non-executive directors, recruited through open competition and with the skills needed to ensure we operate effectively.
ESCV also hosts and delivers a range of commissioned pieces of engagement work on a regular basis.
In addition to our programmes and projects, ESCV is a pro-active member of various strategic partnerships with VCSE and statutory bodies. We work collaboratively with community and representative groups to identify and respond to issues affecting people’s lives.
We use a variety of skills and techniques to listen to and empower communities to have their say and bring about positive change.
